Job Description
- Maintain chart of accounts and communicate changes with SAP users on a periodic basis.
- Maintain accounting tables, fiscal calendar and other maintenance needs in ERP.
- Prepare & confirms accounts reconciliations with related parties & sister companies.
- Analyses all accounting transactions and ensure that costs were charged to the correct GL Accounts and corresponding Cost Centers.
- Make sure that all issued purchase requisitions were allocated to the correct GL Account and Cost Center by reviewing the issued requisitions and advise requesters to make necessary changes, if required.
- Analyses & reconcile periodical tax reconciliation with tax authority in order to ensure that due taxes were correctly paid on due time.
- Analyses & reconcile employees’ Prepaid expenditures & Advanced payment and to be settled on time.
- Analyses and verify transactions, both automated and non-automated, within various funds.
- Monitor operating cash balance and recommend liquidation of investments.
- Research accounting issues and determine proper handling of transaction.
- Prepare periodical financial reports
- Prepare and input journal entries (monthly accruals, adjusting entries and corrections)
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements ( P&L, Balance sheet & cash flow).
- Manage on-going working relationship with auditors, which includes oversight of the annual audit process, and preparation of consolidated financial statements and tax return
Job Requirements
- B.A of Commerce – Major Accounting
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Accounting
