Job Description
- Manage, direct and support the engineering team.
- Plan, monitor, and control activities according to the Product Development Plan.
- Support the Marketing team.
- In charge of product robust design & validation.
- Study /Review Internal & Customer Requirements, Specifications
- Carry out HW architecture / design justification / design Validation
- Responsible for HW design review preparation.
- Interact with the manufacturing facility to ensure performance \ yield.
- Interface with the customer for the product requirements
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Perfect presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Aware of the HW manufacturing cycle till the product is ready for the market
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Hands-on Experience is HW system design.
- PCB design knowledge is a plus
- Embedded SW knowledge is a plus
