Job Description:

  • Plan, organize, control, lead, and direct worldwide sales of our services and solutions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct all Sales organization to satisfy Business Plan set goals and objectives.
  • Align Sales operations to support the organizational strategic vision.
  • Maintain strategic relations with customers and focus on strategic customers.
  • Resolve Sales/operation/projects critical issues.
  • Monitor customer complaints. Collaborate with concerned parties for complaint resolutions.
  • Analyze and report the root cause of complaints about management appropriate action.
  • Establish and maintain good and mutually beneficial relationships with ecosystem partners.
  • Define technology directions and recommends new markets and portfolios.
  • Follow-up on new leads to increase sales pipelines.
  • Provide accurate reports with current and forecasted Sales Data.
  • Produce and maintain promotional and sales materials
  • Plan and arrange for special events, conferences, and seminars within the allocated budget.
  • Integrate effectively with other departments to deliver quality projects, products, and services.
  • Manage Sales budget and rationalize department expenditures and cost.
  • Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by the Managing Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology-related field
  • Fluently spoken and written English is a must
  • Experience with consultative sales experience, including creating proposals and presenting to customers.
  • This role is for someone who can innovate, motivate, drive, lead, improve, and gauge performance using data!
  • You must have at least 3 years of experience in the software industry, understanding of SaaS model and economics is plus otherwise, you need to have the capacity and passion to learn and develop new skills quickly.
  • Must be highly driven, self-motivated, and possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling to senior executives, including C level executives
  • Ability to connect with and maintain relationships with both technical and business executives
  • Strong negotiating skills and closing techniques.
  • CRM experience
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones from office/home as assigned
