Job Description
- Develops and implements commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Overlooks the operations market research analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
- Oversees the process of acquiring new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
- Builds and maintains effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Overlooks the execution and deployment the development of new platforms / solutions or applications.
- Interact with executives and others in client and partner organizations to brainstorm co-creation ideas and rapidly prototype working proof of concepts.
- Work collaboratively with Development team.
- Establish strong business relation with stakeholders to facilitate product readiness, ensuring appropriate technology and legal due diligence, vendor reviews, contracting, operations, and post implementation support.
- Supports the execution of the digital strategy and contribute to the product development roadmap.
Managerial responsibilities:
- Monitors performance of commercial activities using key metrics
- Prepares different kinds of reports that show projects’ progress.
- Leads, coaches, and supports subordinates regularly, furthermore, appraises their performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or relevant field
- MBA / MSC is a must.
- Project Management skills and knowledge are a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in sales / marketing and managing relationships with key clients in similar industry.
- Highly Leadership and Organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
