Job Description
- Supporting customers through various channels in order to answer their questions and resolve their complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Input data (text, images, spreadsheets, etc.) provided directly from partners/clients into our system to keep our mobile applications updated at all times
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- System Configuration & Setup
- Align and communicate with other departments internally
- Generate reports, conduct analysis, and organize data
- Searching for and generating new leads to expand the range of our partners
Job Requirements
- Experience with MS Office
- Familiarity with customer service and administrative duties
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of our products inside and outside in order to be able to answer questions
