Job Description

  • Supporting customers through various channels in order to answer their questions and resolve their complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Input data (text, images, spreadsheets, etc.) provided directly from partners/clients into our system to keep our mobile applications updated at all times
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • System Configuration & Setup
  • Align and communicate with other departments internally
  • Generate reports, conduct analysis, and organize data
  • Searching for and generating new leads to expand the range of our partners

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience with MS Office
  • Familiarity with customer service and administrative duties
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Knowledge of our products inside and outside in order to be able to answer questions
