Job Description
- Provide proactive leadership, ownership and taking responsibility in the customer / account team environment.
- Deliver Solutions according to the customer needs including BoM, BOQ, and preparing Technical Solution Documents (TSD)and network topology.
- Efficient response to RFIs/RFPs that include post-tender activity.
- Provide High and Low-level designs (HLD & LLD) based on the customer needs.
- Plan, design and work directly with customer, account teams and business units to build Customer Requirements Documents (CRDs).
- Develop a team that is responsible for pre-sales activities, define standards for performance, organization process, and collaboration and interaction across organizational boundaries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and Proactive communications with customers to achieve trusted relationship with them.
- Deliver consistent product training, technology updates, release updates, and roadmap information.
- Provide specific solution/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support for major account opportunities.
- Managing and coordinating with all responsible parties to develop and implement problem solutions and prevent recurrence of issues
- Analyzing & translating complex customer's business requirements into comprehensive network solutions.
- Cooperate with various Sales teams to architect solutions for current and future customers, and provides adaptable solutions for out-product offerings.
