Job Description
- Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop solutions for large and complex sales opportunities.
- Develops and delivers outstanding Microsoft presentations and demonstrations.
- Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
- Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
- Facilitation of client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell
- Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
- Create presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executives
- Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
- Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes
- Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery
- Formulation of high quality bids and proposals
- Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort

- Develop POC’s to demonstrate the value to potential and existing customers
- Demonstrate products and solutions at partner events, trade shows and conferences
- Engage with existing and potential customers to identify business opportunities
- Propose, develop and validate software solutions to meet customer needs
- Partner with the Account Executive and Inside Sales Representative for your region to achieve sales and revenue targets

Job Requirements
Candidate Qualifications: (Desired Education, Experience)
- Deep functional knowledge of core banking solutions & integrations
- Industry expertise of capital investments, trading, data management, and digital banking
- A BS/BA degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience integrating with various on-premises and cloud-based Enterprise Line of Business data systems
- Proven experience in consulting or software industries
- Prior experience within presales
