Job Description

  • Installs and maintains all software and hardware and network.
  • Windows and Microsoft Office installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
  • Creates and maintains software and hardware inventories.
  • Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings.
  • Install, test, and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Perfect communication skills.

Job Requirements

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • 3+ years of experience in providing help desk support.
  • Professional Knowledge about installing and configuring computer operating system, software, printers, Network and scanners.
  • Professional Knowledge about investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues.
  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Age less than 30
  • Language Skills: Good English
