Job Description
- Proactively work with the Dealers to develop their business, improve their sales performance and their customer experience processes
- Supporting in implementation of new Dealers agreements and ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate
- Supporting in implementation of dealers performance upgrades through facility expansions, relocations, renovations and consultation
- Counsel with new vehicle dealerships to adopt and maintain a prototypical facility design
- Present and counsel new vehicle dealers on performance metrics such as profitability, sales and customer experience metrics
- Assist in consolidating dealer performance efforts and manage the overall dealer performance initiatives.
- Standardize and streamline the existing dealer performance process to enable a broader participation base.
- Collect, communicate, and maintain dealer best practices across the channel.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Have a bachelor degree from faculty of Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: two years in Automotive Career.
- English: Fluent
- Job specific Skills: Leadership & communication Skills.
