Job Description
- Conduct basic training courses that are related to the field force such as selling skills and soft skills for the newly hired and experienced medical representatives.
- Coordinate with the district managers in assessing and evaluating the performance level of the Med. Reps.
- Design, organize and conduct a coaching plan that would target improving the performance level list.
- Follow up with district managers to continue improving the performance of the Med. Reps. according to the coaching plan.
- Regular reporting monthly basis- to BUM regarding progress of the Med. Reps.
- Conducts product training for new MRs and refresher training as required.
- Preparing and conducting scientific activities (Group meeting, local and international congresses, stand alone, etc.).
Job Requirements
- BSc of Pharmacy or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Preferred previous experience in CVS &/or Diabetes
- Hard worker
- Control & follow up tactical plan implementation
- Strong communication & presentation skills
