Job Description
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Collect ocean – Air – Land freight charges from shipping line and forwarders.
- Ensure optimal level of sales and shipping services (cost and quality).
- Issuing and update freight matrix.
- Issuing all required shipping documents and send to clients on time.
- Optimize and reduce cost of all shipping activities.
- Follow up loading and shipping activities to meet client satisfactions.
- To be known well about terms of shipping and L/C, payment terms and conditions.
- Issuing Reports to top management .
