Job Description
We are looking for energetic, active and details oriented candidates who can join our team in the transportation department to facilitate the transportation service in daily basis.
- Prepare and update operating plan.
- Prepare sectors’ budgets in coordination with operation manager and finance department.
- Conduct interview to select best candidates to fill vacancies in transportation department.
- Conduct weekly meeting with sectors’ supervisors.
- Conduct visits in the various sectors to ensure discipline of supervisors and drivers
- Prepare operation plan to new sectors or new lines for the current sectors in coordination with supervisors.
- Solving problems related to operation and clients.
- Prepare offers in coordination with operation manager and sales department.
- Move supervisors in the various sectors to ensure the full flow of operations.
- Review the operating contracts for old clients.
- Move cars in the various sectors in case of malfunctions and accidents.
- Supervise daily operating plan to ensure its implementation on time and required quality.
- Supervise the correction of the violations received from quality department.
- Supervise the recording of daily operation data by supervisors and drivers in system
- Supervise delivery of the salaries to supervisors and drivers on time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of total experience and 2 years of working as transportation sectors head
- Very good computer skills
- Excellent user of Excel & Word
- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
