Job Description
- Create, Manage and troubleshooting Active Directory users.
- Providing resolution to level one.
- Handel Exchange, office 365 Mailboxes and Archives
- Handel Anti-Virus and encryption tools
- Windows OS Deployment
- Assign and troubleshooting user passwords and tokens
- Handle meetings and conferences schedules
- Remote access and VPN tools
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Engineering (Communication and Computer Sciences) or equivalent.
- Three to five years’ experience in technical support
- Active Directory Exchange, office 365 and Windows OS Deployment knowledge is a must.
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very Good command of English Language (Written & Spoken).
