Job Description

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, promotions & sales approaches
  • Manage workforce real-time to ensure all sales opportunities are handled accordingly
  • Monitor progress and development of team leads and sales agents against performance standards & coach the team in the market
  • Communicate new ideas and issues as they arise
  • Foster a positive environment for agents through continual development and support
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present realistic forecasts of stock, sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team & ensure that the minimum required stock is on ground
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Develop unique ways to grow the business and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.
  • Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential as well as find new opportunities to expand the products portfolio
  • Competition research, suggesting new ways for increasing company revenue
  • Growth focused with KPI's
