• Receive clients requests & claims, providing support to resolve their cases.
• On-board clients & ensure their familiarity with Amanleek after-sales benefits.
• Follow-up on clients to evaluate their purchase experience feedback.
• Contact clients for renewal offers ensuring their retention.
• Engage with clients on regular basis with updates, reminders etc…
