Job Description
- Reviews, and approves all kinds of contracts for all departments as well as the ability to keep up with the pace of the business.
- Answers all departments’ requests regarding any legal issues.
- Offers legal advice to departments concerning their work.
- Keeps records of all contracts/agreements duration and follows up the renewals of the contracts.
- Deals with governmental authorities in coordination with the top management.
- Interacts with the regional law department, law agencies, and other parties for any legal advice required.
- Delegates tasks to the Legal Affairs department as he/she sees fit.
- Handles all legal inquiries requested by the clients.
- Archives all legal contracts and documents.
- Performs any other duty/task as requested by the CEO.
Job Requirements
- Age not less than 30.
- Bachelor's degree in law / Master Preferable.
- Analytical skills & Problem Solving.
- Excellent legal and communications skills.
- Experience in administrative law.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good looking and have a strong personality.
