Job Description
- Handling Resource Management Projects for providing the needed resources on projects.
- Receiving Requests from Operations and Sales and Prioritizing tasks for fast actions and assigning for team members.
- Creating and updating the needed forms that has being used for communications with all teams’ members.
- Searching for new channels for the needed projects and to be distributed among the team members for projects’ needs.
- Implementing and Maintaining team reports which should be delivered whether daily or weekly and provide the needed reports whether on specific project or on the entire projects view on a weekly basis or as requested for fast action on projects.
- Maintaining the company’s database and its data integrity on the team level and team leader tasks as well.
- Negotiate Buying rate, proceed NDAs and applications.
- Wisely representing the company to develop a strong vendor relationship.
- Observing and tracking of vendor performance in liaison with our Project Management department and supporting corrective actions when needed.
- Building a comprehensive global database of translators to meet continuous business needs Receiving and handling requests from Project Manager.
- Responsibility for achieving the company policy for approved budgets on projects
- Maintain and monitor efficient Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the RM team.
- Ensuring constructive and on time response to vendors cooperating with the company maintaining the best communications practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications& Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant field; additional education in Human Resources Management will be a plus
- A minimum of 1-3 years in the same field.
- Full proficiency in English is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Self-starter who can work independently
