Job Description
- Create new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
- Create advertising plans and strategies to reach targeted demographics
- Design advertising content ranging from social media posts to video production and branding of the company
- Corresponding and reviewing the work of existing hired contractors, ranging from digital marketing firms to printing presses
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Scouting and interviewing new potential independent contractors, advertising agencies, marketing agencies, and more to better promote projects and connect potential clients with the company
- Developing marketing documents and generating ideas for different types of presentations
- Correspond with the Sales department on regular bases to assure the quality of leads generated is up to standards
- Oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, and media.
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any relevant major
- Previous experience in similar role is a must - Preferably in Real Estate field
- Strong negotiation and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent command of English Language
- Proficiency in Computer Skills and Social Media
