Job Description

  • Cooperates with the heads of departments, and supervisors of maintenance of district facilities, and buildings.
  • Develops administrative and technical systems to follow up on maintenance work plans with all residential and administrative facilities in order to ascertain the required performance and develop the appropriate solutions.
  • Supervises the preparation of the estimated budgets of the maintenance departments to be approved by the Head.
  • Prepares periodic reports on maintenance and makes observations thereon including the notes on maintenance operations compared to the budget plan.
  • Visits the district facilities and installations to ensure the regularity of work and implementation quality to resolve any emerging problems.
  • Supervises works of plumbing, paint carpentry, water tanks, roads, corridors, public facilities, and administration buildings.
  • Validates all maintenance tasks for the city's facilities including, but not limited to, water sewerage, electricity, and telephone and irrigation networks.

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in facility, cities & resorts management, Maintenance, and MEP exposure is a must.
  • Very Good English Language.
  • Very Good Computer Skills.
  • Ability to work under stress, and solving problems.
  • Must own a car.
