Job Description
- HR Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring the best possible talents.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs according to recruitment plans, polices and processes.
- Posting job vacancies through different recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting phone & in-person interviews with candidates and preparing shortlists.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, following up on the interview process status till job offering stage.
- Employee on-boarding support.
- Handling hiring-related paperwork (medical checkup, updating HR system with new hires, creating employee files).
- Following up with departments’ managers on related new hires workspace & competence reports after probation.
- Process benefits enrollment of new hires including social insurance, medical insurance, mobile lines, employee IDs… etc.
- Headhunting potential candidates using social media platforms and reaching out to them via phone or email.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High communication skills and very good follow up capabilities.
- Maximum Age: 28.
