JOB Description:-
- Understand customer business needs, and build short and long-term relationships to drive mutually beneficial results.
- Discuss the retailers’ stock and delivery requirements and negotiate prices and discounts.
- Work closely with sales administrators and other departments such as logistics and accounting to ensure that retailers receive a high standard of service.
- Achieve the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the Sales manager to execute the sales strategy which includes defining clear objectives and challenging goals to gain market share.
- Keep internal systems and tools updated that company needs to achieve business objectives
- Support marketing team activities including but not limited to digital/social media campaigns, increasing awareness and sell-through with target demographics, planning and deploying demos/sampling events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience
- Preferred experience as a Channel Account Manager preferably in the physical security, light current and video surveillance industry
- Experience in working in similar distributor environment is preferred
- Active, energetic and passionate to exceed revenue target by developing and nurture retail partners’ network.
