Job Description
- Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and quality audits.
- Identify and resolve workflow and production issues.

- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in content creation & adaptation.
- Strong experience in cross-referencing & hyperlinking.
- Expert knowledge of recent MOH submission guidelines.
- Possess good experience in Veeva & PromoMats submission.
- Control the quality of the medical materials developed to ensure high-quality and accuracy of
the final outcome. - Support other functions in answering scientific and medical-related questions.
- Provide medical solutions to meet clients’ requirements.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ready to start immediately is a plus.
