Job Description
- Set the strategic business plan for export, including defining the target market share in each country.
- Ensure that the registration process for pesticides and fertilizers is completed in the countries of registration.
- Ensure that the requests and conditions for registration of pesticides and fertilizers are met in the different countries.
- Determine the new markets in which there are opportunities for export and develop entry plans for these markets.
- Preparing distribution plans, marketing plans, budgets and sales reports for each market.
- Managing the team in the department and evaluating them to determine performance and the strengths and weak points that can be developed to determine training needs.
Job Requirements
- Must have 10+ years experience in exports (Preferred experience in Chemicals, Agricultural chemicals, Agricultural products )
- Excellent English language skills .
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective report writing skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
