Job Description
CAITEK is seeking friendly and technically talented engineers to join technical support and quality assurance team. You'll use your technical skills to help customers get the most out our hardware and software products and services with the following duties:
- Responsible for Installation & Troubleshooting of Monitoring & Control systems, Fire alarm, CCTV and Access control.
- Work with Sales/ Pre-Sales Engineers to conduct surveys and quote preparation.
- Diagnose Hardware or Software faults and support customers onsite, over the phone or remotely.
- Create documentations for delivered projects and follow up with customers after installations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Communications, or Computer).
- Hardworking and be able to work in multi-task/multi-project environment.
- Ability to learn and introduce our products and services to customers.
- Ability to communicate in English (written & Spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish ongoing relationships with customers.
