Job Description

Job Purpose
 

To manage the day to day operation of Enterprise Gated Community team in order to constantly meet the KPI’s and installation and highest level of standard technical after sales support for the enterprise services, internet, L2VPN, MPLS, International VPN ,IPTV and fixed voice while sustaining customers and employee’s satisfaction and loyalty.
 

Accountability

  • To align with the organization's vision, business strategy and goals.
  • To meet organization KPIs through managing Gated Community service operation
  • To define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • To build a strong team and enhance their technical and soft skills to meet Etisalat Strategy requirements.
  • To Effectively communicate Etisalat requirements to team members, and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • To set career plan for the GC Operation team.
  • To set and continually manage organization objectives with team members and other stakeholders.
  • To work as high level of escalation for enterprise Gated Community service related problems.
  • To estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve company’s goals and KPIs.
  • To delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • To develop and maintain the problem control process
  • To contribute in identifying processes and procedures and activity plans
  • To develop team skills & maturity and establishing good coaching & people management environment to ensure compliance to overall business need.
  • To implement required strategies to ensure ongoing high levels of enterprise gated community services operation
  • To act as a point of escalation when necessary to ensure compliance to organizational KPIs
  • To perform annual performance appraisal for subordinates
  • To handle conflicts with other departments and within staff members
  • Frame of work

  • Recommending Staff promotion/rewarding/appreciation.
  • Performing annual performance appraisal for the team members
  • Performing quarterly performance review
  • Approving department processes and workflow
  • Highlight seat (headcount) expansions needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Telecommunication.
  • Minimum 2 to 6 years of Telecommunication Experience.
  • Good Knowledge in Network elements (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper)
  • Good Knowledge in networking, routing a, switching and WAN Technologies
  • Good Knowledge in Wireless Technologies (Microwave/Pre-WIMAX/3g/4G)
  • Excellent Analytical Skills.
  • Very Good Decision Making & Problem Solving skills.
  • Very Good Business Sense Skills.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Business and management
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills
  • High conceptual skills
