Job Description
We're looking for a recruitment specialist based in Egypt to work on sourcing US candidates for jobs for a California-based recruitment firm.
We will provide training, a good base salary based on your skills and experience, and a very attractive commission plan that can allow you to earn muh more.
You need to be self-motivated, energetic, a very good English speaker, a quick learner, and have your own laptop and a good Internet connection. You also need to have flexibility in terms of hours, as the role will include some communication based on the US Pacific time zones (GMT -8).
- Ability to quickly understand the essential requirements based on reviewing a job description and identifying potential candidates for the role
- Undertakes all candidate sourcing using internal and external candidate profiles (internal database, job search sites like Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn)
- Research non-traditional sourcing platforms (e.g. industry/trade sites, specialized job boards, etc.)
- Identify suitable qualified candidates for selected jobs quickly
- Accurately entering data in company's database
- Handles all stages of candidate screening/qualification and be the initial point-of-contact for all candidates
- Manages email communications with candidates and recruiters
Job Requirements
