Job Description

The General Objectives: 

Summed up in the following points:

  • The objectives of the job in planning for the management and completion of the human resources of the company and work hidden to measure their performance and develop their abilities and competence through effective training programs and work to stimulate these cadres on innovation and creativity in the areas of business and work to regulate the accumulation of experience and knowledge in the areas of work.
  • The objectives of the job as in the evaluation of effective league for all employees of the company and propose the necessary training plans with the evaluation of both the internal and external training programs as well as trainees, and the development of objective measurements of the extent of the improvement in the performance of employees.
  • The objectives also function in a stable work towards stabilizing the situation of workers of the company through the spirit of belonging and loyalty development among different workers and a greater sense of security and they have through a range of systems for social and health insurance is covered and to provide appropriate care in the transport and treatment.
  • The functions are also designed to propose policies and systems that ensure effective control over the attendance of employees in the approved proposal deadlines and updated systems and labor regulations, according to the variables mode.
  • It also aims to monitor compliance with regulations, employees and to ensure that the organization of work within the company.
  • Target also functions of the position suggestion box systems and punishment of the company's employees in light of the applicable laws and regulations approved to participate in the development of integrated sets of policies, systems and organizations in coordination with the President of the Human Resources sector and monitor the accuracy of the implementation of these policies and systems and propose corrective actions in order to deepen abide by them.
  • The functions also aims to work on strengthening the relationship between the company and the bodies of Insurance and Social offices work and work on the regularity and safety of these relationships with the follow-up developments and events for labor legislation and labor and social insurance and take the necessary measures to ensure the smooth and proper implementation of this legislation within the company.
  • The target goals job planning and supervision to provide the necessary operations of the company and the security and cleanliness and service buffet, nutrition and provide work clothes and providing office supplies transfer of administrative services.

The direct supervision of the incumbent:

  • Human resources and administrative services director under the direct supervision of chairman  of the company

Functions that are supervised by the incumbent: -

  • Mr. HR manager oversees the company on the heads of departments.

The duties and responsibilities of the incumbent: 

Responsibilities of management.
(A) Planning: -

  • Propose plans to provide adequate human resources and appropriate for the management and operation of the projects included in the strategic plans of the company.
  • Plans to participate in the proposal for the development of policies and systems of human resources for the company.
    Participate in the annual labor and wage / appointments / promotions / training plans in light of the overall objectives of the company.
  • Planning for the provision of administrative services necessary and sufficient for the company's operations with the ongoing work to improve the quality of these services. 

(B) Policies And Regulation Systems:

  • Compliance and monitor the safety of the application of policies, rules and regulations adopted and the ruling of the management processes and work to evaluate these policies and rules and regulations periodically measure the effectiveness and efficiency of reporting on evaluations periodically containing the proposals to develop and improve its effectiveness as required so.

(C) Stimulus: 

  • Motivate employees to achieve the goals and plans approved for the management, whether it be through incentives Taatbanha company systems or through direct contact with workers in the framework of the powers enjoyed by the incumbent.
  • Motivate employees of the company and the development of affiliation in order to ensure good performance and the speed of achievement in the light of the objectives set.
  • Motivate employees to creativity and innovation in the areas of their business and encourage them to introduce and develop their ideas in this regard with the importance of taking the necessary speed to apply what is approval of the ideas and suggestions for action.

Job Requirements

The Qualifications And Experience Required For The Incumbent:

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
  • Communication skills – HR directors are expected to lead the HR team, managing diverse personalities and viewpoints. Consequently, emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital
  • Males only
  • Ability to lead and to analyze problems and put the right solutions and the ability to prepare analytical reports and adequate.
  • Enjoys a culture of professionalism and ability to lead and supervise public relations.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English with sufficient knowledge of the uses of computers and their applications in the field of profession.
