- Design and implement a strategic business plan that growth company sales and opportunities.
- Set objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team – (training and helping) team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Leading and manage sales target by achieve it and motivate sales team.
- Manage and drive CRM systems to provide intermittent reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
- Manage and solve sales process errors smoothly (objections, contracting process, closing deal, collections)
- Managing relationships with clients and open links with them for the potential opportunities.
- responsible for hiring and training real estate agents to grow their businesses, and motivating them to close sales. (Build Teamwork)
- Cooperate with human resource dep. to conduct interviews, employ new staff, and evaluate his/her team performance.
Reports
- Present Reports of (sales, revenue and expenses) and realistic forecasts to the management team performance
- Analysing trends, results and generates timely sales reports as per top management request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with experience 8 : 10 in the real estate (Brokerage) field
- Minimum two years in the same role or title
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to achievement
