Job Description
- Dealing with all administrative and government agencies (taxes - labor offices - social insurance - electricity and water companies - real estate - the Investment Authority - Communications Company)
- Representing the company in front of government agencies and conducting internal investigations in case of violations to impose the penalty in accordance with the regulations of the Labor Law
- Human resources tasks (recruitment - follow-up attendance - complete government files and records for the company - insurance and contract forms - follow up annual evaluations - update the database on the system)
- Take annual procedures for renewal of licenses and the Chamber of Commerce's subscriptions with the Investment Authority.
Job Requirements
- Law graduate or equivalent field is preferred
- Experience not less than five years
- Experience in dealing with external government agencies and issuing the legal documents.
- Experience with HR functions
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural and virtual team
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
