The Store Manager is responsible for leading and managing the store operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service and maximize sales of the store.
He is responsible for the inventory, maintenance, and appearance of the store.
Ensures cash management policies and procedures are followed and cash registers are accurately reconciled.
Solves critical store operational problems including customers' complaints, in order to ensure operational effectiveness and to increase customers' satisfaction.
Ensures the stock is effectively measured, controlled, and managed in compliance with corporate stock management procedures.
Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
Achievement of the given sales targets, and bottom-line profit objectives
Provide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations

Bachelor Degree
Males only
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in managerial position Proven successful experience in men's wear
Market Knowledge
Customer management skills.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Extensive leadership, decision making, problem-solving, planning & organizing, and relationship building skills.
Leadership, solution-oriented, and teamwork skills.
