Job Description

  • Supervise at each and every working day in the CS center.
  • Handling customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Create effective CS procedures, policies and standards.
  • Develop CS satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on his findings.
  • Hire and train new customer service agents.
  • Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.

Job Requirements

  • To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have to have  previous experience working as a managing position at CS center, with excellent knowledge of how the online shopping industry operates, and being self-updated of the new trends and techniques to improve and handle the customer service center. There is also leadership and interpersonal skills are needed.
  • Time frame of experience to be determined by the HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and CS software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Others if needed by the HR
