- Supervise at each and every working day in the CS center.
- Handling customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Create effective CS procedures, policies and standards.
- Develop CS satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on his findings.
- Hire and train new customer service agents.
- Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.

Job Requirements
- To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have to have previous experience working as a managing position at CS center, with excellent knowledge of how the online shopping industry operates, and being self-updated of the new trends and techniques to improve and handle the customer service center. There is also leadership and interpersonal skills are needed.
- Time frame of experience to be determined by the HR.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and CS software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
