Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 4 years of professional working experience in UI/UX Design
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as Ability to visually communicate complex systems and processes
- Experience designing for a variety of form factors including mobile and desktop
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a start-up style environment, where iteration is encouraged
- Proficient with standard design tools such as Adobe suit.
- Fluent in English with a track record of presenting to and influencing senior management
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Flutter Mobile Developer will create multi-platform app for Android and iOS using Google's new Flutter Use business requirements, market research and user feedback to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements for the customer-facing corporate portal, including the company catalog
- Design sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interaction models, specifications and prototypes
- Apply design patterns that scale for Information Technology Partners enterprise product solutions
- Give presentations to communicate the design vision and align design principles; demonstrate features and flows through mockups and prototypes
- Conduct user strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides
- Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, user interviews, contextual inquiry)
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- research and usability testing sessions and ensure findings are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle
- Leverage the unique insights gained from building prototypes to improve the technical and experiential quality of designs and work directly with engineering teams through delivery of products
