Job Description
A. System Activities & Development
- Record, update and following up on CRM Database.
- Track teams’ data entry and Keep customers information up to date.
- Ensure that data isn’t false duplicated or missed entirely.
- Track Opportunities’ progress till closed to understand lead quality.
- Ensure daily Pipeline Report processes are running smoothly.
- Identify & analyze potential new data/ problems through navigating the system daily and report to the management.
- Suggest / Create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM data and minimize time required to develop reports.
B. Departments’ Interactions
- Understand users’ performance
- Oversee, Track and maintain the activities of the entire departments (Call Center/ Operations/ Sales/ Finance/ Marketing)
- Monitor information flow within CRM users.
- Investigate, analyze and resolve reported defects from different departments in coordination with related users (IT/ Odoo Providers)
- Delegate tasks to individual sales representatives (data updating, cleaning, assigning…etc.)
- Coordinate with Sales and marketing teams as required based on departmental actions.
- Extract data from Odoo system to support efficiently the daily operations for the Sales and Marketing departments through effective reporting.
- Set tasks and reminders for follow-up with teams.
- Introduce, educate and train new users on using the system in a completely right way.
- Maintain excellent business relationships with related departments’ members.
C. Data Analysis
- Export data into intelligence reports for greater analysis.
- Develop all needed Reports & analysis requested by upper management/ related departments and report in PPT/XLV formats.
- Audit data for cleanliness and process improvements
- Suggest / Create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM data efficiency and minimize time required to develop report analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing.
- 4-5 years’ experience in using real-estate CRM system.
- Excellent communication skills and Very good in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel & PPT is a must)
- Understanding of Real-estate market demands & dynamics.
- Great Organizational skills and ability to multi task.
- Outstanding Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Odoo Real-estate CRM System
