Job Description
- Follow the daily performance of HSE technicians and supervisors for each shift, providing instructions and raising their performance levels.
- Provide recommendations on the awareness policy and educating employees through seminars, workshops, stickers and pamphlets.
- Participate with HR team to define the governmental training and required training for technicians and members of the HSE committee & other technical requirements
- Train all employees on specialized and general programs that help raise the HSE Culture among the company
- Recommend and participate with HSE manager in the design of facilities and production equipment and devices, services and the devices controlling hazards, pollutants and their expansions
- Hold periodically HSE committee meetings to discuss problems and providing solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of scientific practical.
Certificates:
- NEBOSH Certificate
- NIOSH courses (Safety committee members & safety specialist)
- OSHA General Industries.
- First aid course.
Experience:
- 8 - 12 years relevant experience in HSE including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
