Job Description

Ready for a challenge? We are looking for an Operations Manager (On-site Position in Riyadh- Saudi Arabia) 

  • The Operations Manager will guide foreign investors throughout the whole setup process, actively update foreign investors on the setup process, advice foreign investors on all the required documents and legal obligations to establish a company in the Kingdom, link investors with consultants in different business activities, act as the main point of contact with foreign companies, and offer support whenever needed.
  • Setup.sa is a Saudi advisory firm based in Riyadh,  specializing in scaling international companies and startups in the Saudi market. We do so through offering a wide range of services including managing governmental relations, providing support in business development, cultural readiness, and many other value-added services. Our interventions will result in a risk-free, convenient, and a smooth setup process for international companies to speed up their business growth in the Kingdom.

Job Requirements

  • English native or near-native speaker (Equivalent to TOFEL 100 or IELTS 8) and preferably Arabic native speaker.
  • Ability to oversee and manage the whole operations of the company.
  • Preferably Master's degree in any of the following majors (International Trade, Law, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, and other related degrees).
  • Preferably a graduate of an international university in Egypt or abroad.
  • Experience in working with international companies.
  • Previous work experience in an international corporation or in international trading.
  • Previous experience in working at an accelerator or incubator, venture builder or venture capital is a plus.
  • Good understanding of general concepts of entrepreneurship, venture capital, investment and understanding the current related trends in the Kingdom.
  • Mastering Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Drive Tools.
  • Excellent understanding of social media tools, with at least basic knowledge of building and managing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of project management concepts and tools such as Trello, Notion, etc.…
  • Ability to build work processes and procedures, follow up and analyze data throughout customer service management software such as CRM or ZOHO.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills, with a high ability to communicate through email and handle multiple correspondents with different entities at the same time.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to work in a startup, able to face startups's challenges with a high sense of responsibility and ambition to achieve such success on a personal level.
  • Males Only, Age between 28 to 32 Maximum.
  • Ready to move to Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) immediately.

Attractive Package  + Performance-based commission
