Job Description

  • Help the business meet sales and revenue goals.
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues and inquiries if needed.
  • Use client feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of Filkhedma’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry.

B2B: 

  • Follow up on leads and attract new clients.
  • Identify and approach potential clients.
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Negotiation and plan short and long-term subscriptions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities that match Filkhedma’s strategies.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to meet clients’ expectations.
  • Attend meetings and provide full orientation about Filkhedma’s services for clients.

B2C: 

  • Upsell and Cross-sell our home service to our clients’ database to achieve revenue goals.
  • Retain customers and take needed actions to do so.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to solve customers’ issues. 
     

Job Requirements
