Job Description
- Help the business meet sales and revenue goals.

B2B:
- Follow up on leads and attract new clients.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Negotiation and plan short and long-term subscriptions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities that match Filkhedma’s strategies.
- Align with cross-functional teams to meet clients’ expectations.
- Attend meetings and provide full orientation about Filkhedma’s services for clients.
B2C:
- Upsell and Cross-sell our home service to our clients’ database to achieve revenue goals.
- Retain customers and take needed actions to do so.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to solve customers’ issues.
