Job Description

Responsible for assisting in setting the strategies and executing the marketing plans for the brand(s) in order to achieve group’s objectives.

  • Will become the owner of your brand's equity and responsible for maintaining and building its strength in consumers' minds through advertising, media, and many other marketing tools
  • Will work closely and manage ATL/ BTL/ and digital agencies and make sure the brand guidelines are applied in all the designs
  • Will be involved in the marketing plan development, building on consumer and customer understandings to deliver overall business objectives.
  • Will develop and execute a promotion media/public relation/direct-to-consumer plan, work with trade marketing, re-launch an existing brand or introduce a new product or a new category.
  • Will work closely with the sales to guide them, identify the opportunities, and support them to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Will work closely with the R&D to create new product developments to fulfill market gaps and customer needs.
  • Maintain brand strength in consumers' minds through advertising, media, and many other marketing tools.
  • Assist in all brand management activities including but not limited to pricing, promotion, product, packaging, advertising, and digital.
  • Develop and execute a promotion media/public relation/direct-to-consumer plan, work with trade marketing, re-launch an existing brand or introduce a new product or a new category.
  • Assists in the marketing plan development, building on consumer and customer understandings to deliver overall business objectives.
  • Analyzes trend reports, manages timelines, and prepares internal/external documents.
  • Uses critical thinking to help identify consumer and competitive insights, translating those insights into leverageable growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • AUC, GUC Graduate is Must.
  • 1 - 3 Years of Experience
  • Proficient in English
