Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Manage and lead the quality operations and activities to ensure a high level of quality of raw material, packaging materials and final products for the Gypsum Powder ,Board, Tiles and G-Frame business unites.
  • Handling customer complaints analysis & diagnosis of the defects root causes, define of the corrective actions and preventive action of the problems to be solved.
  • Eliminate the waste, improve the process and product specification to meet our customer needs.
  • Maintain the quality management system and follow up it to comply with  ISO 9001:2015.
  • Participate in regular meetings on quality management.
  • Participate in the planning of executive programs for quality management, which ultimately flow to achieve the main objectives of the company.
  • Responsible for following up the implementation of plans for different quality systems with quality management.
  • Participate in the formulation, preparation, implementation of procedures and policies with all departments’ managers.
  • Ensure application of quality systems and standards effectively on the safety of products that meet the company's quality policies.
  • Review reports from the quality team to evaluate them and establish corrective actions and guidance to resolve those problems.
  • Coordinate and cooperate effectively with production managers in work that will raise the efficiency and quality of product.
  • Follow-up of the results of all samples in laboratories and evaluation and work on corrective actions.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and track reasons of complaints and find effective solution.
  • Follow up operation of the production lines in accordance with the applied quality and food safety systems effectively in line with the company name and status.
  • Train and evaluate employees in quality management on their work also transfer knowledge and experience to them.
  • Responsible for develop, evaluate and follow-up of health requirements of production.
  • Follow-up inspections internal, external reviews and assist all company departments in passing periodic inspections.
  • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Veterinary
  • Food Quality background 
  • HCCP, GMP
  • ISO Certification 
  • Lead Auditor 
  • TQM 
  • Post Studies in Food Quality and Food safety
