Job Description

  • Creating and maintaining filing system and keeping track of current, closed and archived files as well as electronic filing.
  • Manage and follow up documents issued/received by legal department.
  • Support the team in day to day administrative needs.
  • To submit and follow up invoices and payment requests.
  • Maintaining and updating tasks list, reminders and monitoring tasks deadlines.
  • Follow up with legal team members to submit their monthly reports within the time frame required, and collect them to be consolidated in one sheet to be reviewed by the legal manager and submitted to the Group General Counsel.
  • General secretarial work including typing (English/Arabic), document formatting, scanning, photocopying ..etc.
  • Liaising between the legal department and the other departments in the company.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from any Discipline.
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Law firm administrative experience is preferred
  • Excellent command of English is a must.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in dealing with clients.
