Job Description
- Identify and resolve problems relating to the department process /users.
- Periodically training for the SAP users and identifying the common mistakes.
- Support for monthly /yearly closing tasks.
- Be the link between SAP implement and the departments/user, Test the process implemented.
- Prepare monthly/yearly SAP reports.
- Be the first point of contact for issues related to the functionality implemented, especially process-wise.
- Most often the end-users are transparent with the new process and that’s where the majority of the problems come up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- +3 years of experience with ERP systems, +2 years in SAP Modules.
- Industrial operation previous experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Responsible and Organized.
- Excellent English level speaking /writing/reading.
