Job Description

  • Direct and control the company’s sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy, particularly in relation to sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives.
  • Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales function operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of the sales function and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Develop and control the budget for the sales function to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
  • Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
  • Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
  • Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of the company.
  • Analyse trends in the business environment, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities. 
  • Assist in formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives.
  • Critically evaluate the costs and benefits of all new ideas and initiatives to ensure that resources are appropriately directed and to keep the company ahead of its competitors.
  • Direct and control the staff of the directorate to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and are working towards the achievement of the company’s corporate objectives.
  • Advise the company, as part of the corporate management team, on the development of new initiatives and the promotion and marketing of products to ensure the achievement of the company’s business plan and corporate objectives.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance or any science related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in  sales and marketing (preferably in KSA).
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Impressive record of achieving targets.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to engage and motivate team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
