Job Description
- Diary management and management of meeting rooms.
- Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Greeting all visitors and Transferring calls as necessary
- Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture.
- Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)..
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of business administration or related field.
- 1-3 Years of Experience as a Receptionist.
- Expertise in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
- Good understanding of office practices and methods.
- Gender: Females only.
