Studying project concept, architectural drawings, reports and 3D models.
Prepare full detailed structural and architectural Quantity takeoffs for wood structures.
Analyze and design wood structures based on international codes (IRC, IBC, ASCE 7-16, AWC, and NDS).
Preparing complete 3D models based on required level of detail.
Testing civil engineering software developed to model, analyze and design timber & steel buildings.
Preparing structural verification documents.
illustrating structural concepts to architectural engineers and software developers.

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
2-5 years of experience.
Previous proven experience in generating Bill of quantaties reports (planswift software knowledge would be a plus).
Proven structural design experience.
Knowledge of international building codes (IRC, IBC, ASCE 7-16, AWC, and NDS), ready and able to do research in them whenever required.
Knowledge Revit and Bim 360.
Familiarity with Wood buildings would be a plus.
Having a knowledge in Agile software development process would be a plus. (eg. Jira)
Good command of English language.
Ability to learn new software fast, Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, Excellent communication skills.
