Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
  • Predicting future financial trends Through budget process 
  • providing financial advice to management and top executives
  • Developing long-term business plans based on monthly & annual financial reports
  • Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
  • Leadership of the finance team staff &Development and performance management of finance staff members
  • Completion of annual insurance renewal &Management of claims and related processes
  • Business process re-engineering as required
  • Software implementations

Duties:

  • Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
  • Lead team to producing financial reports related to budgets, account payable, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal process
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Preparation of annual financial audited reports
  • Monitoring, interpreting and challenging financial results
  • Cash flow management with group treasury section head 
  • Oversight of bank accounts, and investment accounts
  • Oversee the processing of purchase orders, invoices, expense claims, petty cash, recharging of internal accounts, etc.
  • Develop financial and tax strategies
  • Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting company
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from a recognized university
  • CMA, CFA, MBA is Preferable.
  • FMCG Background
  • 15+ years of experience in Finance field
  • Excellent English
  • Ability to understand financial reports
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and reconcile financial data to arrive to accurate conclusions and recommendations
