Job Description

We are seeking to hire an office manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned.
  • Perform, review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Design and implement filing systems.
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
  • Location: Maadi ring road

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Not less than 5 years' experience as an Office Manager
  • Very good command of both English and Arabic languages
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Very presentable
  • Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
  • Females only
  • Not veiled
