Determining the percentage of discounts, the credit limit, and the period for collecting the amounts owed from them
Approving future sales invoices, then approving and signing the warehouse exchange permission
Follow up on the payment of outstanding, collected and uncollected bills
Issuing reports on customers' credit balances for each customer
Carry out the process of reconciling the balances of clients
Implementation of the instructions for work under the direct supervision of the head of the accounts department
Preparing reports that are required of him to assist management in making critical financial decisions

Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Division, from one of the Egyptian public universities, not private institutes or academies.
At least 3 years of experience in customer accounts and cost control.
It is preferable to have experience certificates approved by previous employers stating the number of years of experience.
Age range from 25 to 30 years old.
The proximity of housing to Nasr City and the neighboring areas to us (Little Cairo areas - communities - new cities).
Real Estate experience .
