Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee IT-related procurement, including purchasing equipment/software and negotiating with vendors.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions for IT needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • From 4 to 6 years Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
  • Experience in procurement or vendor management is a plus.
  • Willing to join immediately.
