Job Description
- Handle all travel arrangements, including Hotel Bookings, Visa Issuance and Airline Bookings.
- Have in-depth knowledge in dealing with travel agencies & suppliers.
- Support executive assistant in all delegated tasks.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the employees.
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate Transportation Arrangements.
- Maintain various records and documents in proper filling system.
- Handle all ad hoc queries required by management team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree from reputable university. (English Section).
Fluent in English is a Must.
