Job Description

  • Handle all travel arrangements, including Hotel Bookings, Visa Issuance and Airline Bookings.
  • Have in-depth knowledge in dealing with travel agencies & suppliers.
  • Support executive assistant in all delegated tasks.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the employees.
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate Transportation Arrangements.
  • Maintain various records and documents in proper filling system.
  • Handle all ad hoc queries required by management team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree from reputable university. (English Section).

Fluent in English is a Must.
