Represent the company confidently at exhibitions, meetings, and networking events - Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and partners to maximize value.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Represent Kameleon Expo at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and sales targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market opportunities and risks.
- Ensure a seamless transition of new clients to account management and support teams.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in exhibitions, events, or marketing services.
- A self-motivated, independent professional who can manage their own pipeline and hit targets without constant supervision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for closing deals.
