Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to manage our recruitment team and oversee the implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies. This role will be crucial in elevating our recruitment processes and supporting Square's growth through strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of recruitment professionals
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes using Crelate ATS
- Manage recruitment budget and resources
- Establish recruitment KPIs and analytics frameworks
- Drive employer branding initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key recruitment partners
- Optimize recruitment workflows and processes
- Lead high-priority recruitment projects
- Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 7-10 years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- Strong experience in construction/engineering recruitment
- Advanced expertise in ATS platforms (Crelate experience preferred)
- Proven track record in implementing digital recruitment strategies
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
